What a wonderful morning it was with my favourite recipe for Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Muffins that I baked with my 2,5 year old son...And the great chat with my friend! (talking mommy hood)
If you want to try the muffins, here is the recipe ingredients and have a lovely Thursday! Hugs Z

1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Add:
1 can (370ml) evaporated milk
2 tbsp sour cream
Add also mixture of:
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
And blend in with a spatula:
2 medium apples, peeled and grated
1 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
Makes 12 muffins and bake it at 350F for 25 min approx (: Enjoy!
My son was enjoying muffins but the flowers too...when playing with his ABC game...

Thanks for stopping by PB
If you do make the madeleines(David lebovitz recipe minus the lemon glaze-do let them 'rest' in the fridge for at least 1 hour before baking)
Cheers Carolg
Thank you so much to both of you, Pink tulips now feel like girlfriends together and the madeleines were delicious(:
